How I can order one of your cake toppers?

I currently don't ship or deliver, the toppers are available for local pickup only. I'm located in the Eastern part of Montreal. If you live in the Montreal area you can contact me by using the contact form or by clicking on the "Contact Us" button located below each topper description, so we can discuss about your topper, arrange for price and pickup. How do I know what size of cake topper or cake charm I should order?

When choosing the size of your cake topper, it's important to consider the dimensions of the top tier of your cake. As a general guideline, the cake topper should not exceed the cake's diameter. For instance, if the cake has a diameter of 6 inches, the topper should be either 5 inches or 6 inches wide. The height of the topper can vary based on the number of characters and the design. When choosing the size of your cake charm, remember that the size ratio of charms to cake differs from that of cake toppers. Since charms are positioned on the cake's curved front, larger charms may appear to overhang excessively.

Can you tell me more about the order process?

All my cake toppers are made to order, once you choose your design, payment must be made in full by E-Transfer before I start designing your topper. You will then receive a draft layout of the topper (picture) by email which you have to review and approve. Once the draft is approved, I will start making your topper. When the topper is ready (usually 2 to 3 business days from the time of your payment) you will be contacted to arrange the pickup. It is your responsibility to double check for spelling and design errors when you first receive your cake topper design draft, and request any revisions to be made before you approve it. The first design revision is free of charge. Any additional revisions will incur a $10 fee, as changes to the font or layout require a complete redesign of the topper. Take in mind that it takes 2 to 3 days before the topper is ready. Always give yourself ample time when placing an order to be safe. (See terms of sale below)

Do you have a terms of Sale?

Yes I have, and every sale is final, no return, exchanges or cancellation once your topper has been made. If for some reason you decide to cancel your order "after" you have received the draft of your topper, you will be issued a partial refund of 50% of the cost of your topper. If you have problem with any order, please contact me and I will work with you to solve your issue.

I really like your toppers and I want to buy one. Will you deliver or ship it to me?

Currently I don't ship or deliver to your home address. The cake toppers are available for local pick-up only. I am located in Montreal East area. Once I receive your payment, you will be provided with the information on the pick-up location.

Can I ask for a special order?

Yes! If you have something special in mind, contact me using the Contact Us form or message me on Facebook or Instagram with your request and I will gladly work with you to custom build your cake topper.

What is the proper way to care for my acrylic cake topper?

Please handle this product with care, acrylic can be extremely fragile. After use, just wash the topper with warm soapy water and leave to dry. Do not use Windex, or other glass cleaners products. To remove fingerprints use a microfiber soft cloth.
